Warner Music Group RTO Campaign

With COVID restrictions ending, our client decided it was time for the team to reenter the office.

 

CHALLENGE

We were tasked with building a campaign that would generate excitement and energy around the office’s RTO plans.

SOLUTION

We identified that a set of short videos highlighting each of the core features of the RTO changes along with an email campaign and landing page would be our best bet at reaching our audience.

RESULTS

This campaign resulted in an overall RTO sentiment increase and had viewership statistics that outperformed all previous internal videos.

Our next step was determining the best way to deploy these videos for maximum impact.

After some testing, we landed on hosting our videos on the company Sway page and linked the videos through another home-brewed platform to identify viewing analytics.

Ultimately, we saw a significant uptick in viewership on these campaign videos and retained audiences at an increased rate.
