Fast Food Leader Training Deck

As one of America’s largest fast food restaurant chains, this client had a challenge with developing leaders from within its own employee base. While building a new initiative to bolster leaders, the brand turned to us to envision the training.

 

CHALLENGES

Our challenge was figuring out the new story and visual flow for these new leadership training decks.

From a visual stand point: we understood that we needed to stay close to the existing branding but were permitted to push the client a little further past their comfort zone.

SOLUTION 

After our content team established overall story flow, it became my charge to concept what this story would look like. One of our biggest wins with this project was pulling the client away from a standard pyramid slide and reorienting them to a metaphor about the contents of their own sandwiches.

To push the branding a little further, we employed abstract shapes and layouts that reinforced visual flow through motion.

RESULT

The resulted training deck brought a new perspective on leadership while keeping slides highly visual and relatable for the audience.
